Dorade royale is available on the mediterranean sea or Brittany and mainly from august to november.

Quantity of wild dorade is 390 tons a year. More and more quantities on the market is a farm raised fish coming either from France or Greece, Spain, Turkey, etc... Farm raised is sold under 1kg.
